One of my favorite recipes for chickpeas. It's a lovely snack or appetizer.

Serves 1 Jar, 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • chickpeas ........... 310g
  • lemon juice.......... 45g
  • olive oil ............... 2Tbsp 
  • soy milk ............... 80ml
  • ground cumin........1tsp
  • smoked paprika ... 1/4tsp
  • sea salt ................ 1/2tsp

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Add in more soy milk or water if needed.
  3. Serve with your favorite bread or anything you like. Enjoy!
