One of my favorite recipes for chickpeas. It's a lovely snack or appetizer.

Serves 6, 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • gluten-free oats ............... 1/2 Cup
  • plant-based milk .............. 250ml
  • banana ............................ 1
  • turmeric powder .............. 1/4tsp
  • cinnamon powder ............ 1/2tsp
  • black pepper.....................
  • dates ............................... 3
  • sunflower seeds .............. 1/2Tbsp
  • pumpkin seeds ................ 1/2Tbsp
  • pecans ............................. 10g

Directions

  1. Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.
  2. Put water, apple cider vinegar, and avocado oil into mixed dry ingredients. And mix them until you get a dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 55 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite jam or anything you like. Enjoy!
